Profile & Introduction

I have an 18 year work experience in talent management and leadership development. In the course of my work, I have participated in several executive coaching and advanced communication skills workshops. I understand what goes into a coaching conversation. I have been trained by organizations like PDI Ninth House, Gallup, Covey Institute, World Institute for Action Learning and have implemented large scale coaching-based interventions in the organizations I have worked for.

Motivation to join GAP Coaching programme

I currently work for the education sector and have begun to interact with several social entrepreneurs and have first hand experienced some of the good, innovative work they are doing. I am very interested in the social impact sector and would like to invest time building talent for this sector. I think the GAP program can be a powerful way to attract the best talent to the social/development and education sector.Work in this sector depends so much on collaboration and networking and I think the GAP 2016 initiative will provide that opportunity to all participants, coaches, catalysts and changemakers.
