Profile & Introduction

Amit brings in more than 21 years of broad HR Business Partner experience in the area of Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Change Interventions, HR process deployment, HR process development, across sectors such as Petrochemical, Power, Engineering and Pharmaceuticals service and consulting. Amit is trained Bahavioural assessor for Development Centers, and has been part of the development centers as assessor. He is a trained ICF Coach and actively coaches people across businesses and sectors. Amit has been awarded with HR Leadership Award by the HRD Congress, India in 2012. Amit has also developed models for Learning intervention ROI and Effectiveness measurement. As a consultant he has Coached Leaders in Textile Sector, Startup entrepreneurs, Managers, Business Leaders.

I have inclination towards giving back to the society in whatever capacity i can, so this would be one step towards it.

Experience in social change domain

I have been involved in the education sector with NGOs in Gujarat. I have worked for the village school children along with community science center to remove fear towards the science and math subject by learning through handmade models explaining various fundamentals. I have volunteered for teaching school drop out children and preparing school grounds for them.
